Workshop/demonstration setup and take down is the responsibility of the facilitator.
The primary focus of the Nakusp Celebration of Wellness festival is to provide the opportunity for attendees to experience alternate healing services and products. Our concept is for workshops/demonstrations to be provided throughout the day on a designated schedule that is published. Attendees will be free to book workshops at the event without prior registration. A central ticket booth will sell tickets for workshops for the fee you designated above. Workshop facilitators will be paid for each workshop ticket submitted to the ticket center less 20% administration fee. Nakusp Celebration of Wellness (NCWF) will be responsible for managing cash for workshop sales and facilitators are responsible for managing cash for any other products sold in their workshop (products sales subject to 10% administration fee.) Practitioners are responsible for the safety of their cash at their workshop.

Workshop/demonstrator facilitators are required to sign a waiver (attendees will sign waiver upon ticket purchase.) Workshop/demonstration setup and take down is the responsibility of the facilitator.

In order to qualify for the juried process all registration forms, and waiver forms, must have been completed (fees included) and must be received by the two weeks prior to the event date. After that date applicants will be added to a waiting list (subject to jury process.)

All decisions by Nakusp Celebration of Wellness Festival (NCWF) management on the day of the event are final and they reserve the right to refuse or evict any workshop facilitators that do not comply with the rules of the NCWF or a specific management directive. Facilitator must notify NCWF in advance of the event if any aspect of their workshop changes from that described on the original submitted on-line registration form. Any changes are subject to management approval.

A Practitioner/workshop/demonstration on site informational meeting will be held on the Sat two weeks prior to the event date in the auditorium at the Nakusp Sport Complex.

This application will not be complete unless you read and accept the Nakusp Celebration of Wellness agreement form below.
